Land Pacific
Land Pacific Development Sdn Bhd (also known as the Land Pacific) is the holding company of a group of property development companies established in the year 2014.
To date, Land Pacific has acquired pieces of land located in strategic growth areas within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, at the area of Ampang Hilir, Bukit Ceylon, Sungai Long and Kajang 2 with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) worth RM2 billion.
While Land Pacific constantly seeks new avenues for growth and would like to establish itself as a formidable property consortium with a sustainable presence both in the local and international arena. Through Land Pacific’s consistent efforts in strategic land acquisition and development, and armed with a professional management team with a combined property development experience of more than 40 years, Land Pacific seeks to be recognised as not only a builder of quality developments but as the builder of the house owner’s dreams and the creator of house owner’s idyllic abode.
Management Team
Mr. Tan, appointed as a Managing Director of Land Pacific since 2014. He is responsible for the overall management of the company daily operations.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the property development industry particularly township and golf course development. Since his appointment as Managing Director, he has been actively involved in the expansion of the company’s business development opportunities in Malaysia and the neighboring region.
Prior to joining Land Pacific, Mr. Tan was the General Manager of property development for Kepong Industrial Park (KIP) Group property development. Prior to that, he was the Head of Marketing for Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd that handles all the marketing plans and activities in Klang Valley and Johor.
Mr. Tan graduated from the University of London in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies majoring in Marketing in 1985.
Mr. Eddy Tan
Managing Director of Land Pacific
Mr. Shek, appointed as an Executive Director of Land Pacific since 2014. He is responsible for the overall direction of the company.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, specialises in property investment and acquisitions, portfolio strategy, and project value enhancement. Since his appointment as Executive Director, he has been actively involved in the expansion of the company business development opportunities in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Land Pacific, Mr. Shek was working in the Business Development Division for Far East Consortium International Limited in Hong Kong and Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. Prior to that, he was a director of a private investment arm of Shanghai, named Henvision Investment Ltd.
Mr. Shek graduated from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science in 2005.
Mr. Simon Shek
Executive Director of Land Pacific
Mr. Li, from Hong Kong SAR who is an Operations Director of Land Pacific since 2014. He is responsible for overseeing the investment and construction progress of the company’s overseas projects.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, specializes in sourcing the investment opportunity including foreign institutional funds, and international investors, and international marketing strategies. Since his appointment as Operations Director, he has been actively involved in the management of the investment and development projects in Hong Kong, China, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Land Pacific, Mr. Li was an Associate Director of CBRE Limited in Hong Kong and an Investment Senior Manager of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung Limited in Hong Kong.
Mr. Li graduated from Imperial College in the United Kingdom with a Master Degree in Business Management in 2006.
