Land Pacific Development was established in 2014 with a clear mandate: to build the kind of premium property that our principals would want to live in themselves.

Our founding team brought over 40 years of combined property development experience from across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. They had seen the best — and the worst — of property development at scale. They chose to build something different: a boutique group that takes on fewer projects, does them properly, and delivers on every promise made to buyers.

A decade later, Land Pacific holds a shareholders fund exceeding RM200 million and a development pipeline with a combined Gross Development Value of over RM2 billion — across some of the most strategically positioned land parcels in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
